Job summary

Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill Assisted Living Facility in Glenworth, PA is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents. Shifts include 11pm-7am and 3pm-11pm, Full Time or Part Time positions are available.

As an LPN you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise CNAs, oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs, conduct admission evaluations, and deliver direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented professional committed to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs, including participation in evaluations.
• Oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs to ensure resident safety.
• Provide essential nursing services and direct patient care.
• Conduct admissions evaluations and ongoing patient assessments.
• Perform additional duties to support high-quality resident care.
