Job summary

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Lexington, Oklahoma. The role offers night shifts from 6pm to 6am, Sunday to Tuesday, with a local pay rate of $40.00 per hour.

The LPN will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and help develop care plans in a correctional healthcare setting. Oklahoma LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience within the last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV or verification of license if required.
• Current certifications (e.g., BLS, immunizations) and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision.
• Administer meds and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document EMR updates.
• Assist with assessments and individualized care plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
