Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered as an LPN/LVN in the applicable state and must maintain an active license.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
