Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living seeks a licensed practical nurse to plan, monitor and deliver nursing care for residents and oversee procedures alongside other team members. The role acts as a resource in the absence of the Director of Wellness and RN to ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

The position includes daily duties, caregiver coaching, onboarding support, and active participation in meetings and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with various electronic devices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks lists.
• Perform all LPN duties as required by state regulations.
• Assist in monitoring and training caregivers for clinical issues in the community.
• Assist with onboarding of caregivers.
• Coach team members to meet performance expectations and clinical measures.
• Conduct retention activities to ensure adequate engagement of staff.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families and team members.
• Deliver hospitality and excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors and vendors.
• Attend and participate in team meetings including Town Hall and departmental meetings.

• Champions hospitality and delivers excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Attends and participates in team meetings including Town Hall and departmental meetings.

Qualifications

• A current and unencumbered LPN license
• Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language.
• $31.00 per/hour
