Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the FT NOC team. You will provide high-quality nursing care during the 6p-6a shift, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active LPN/LVN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and provide instruction to CNAs.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with Life Care standards.

Education
