Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a 79-bed facility. The role requires an LPN license, with evening/night shifts and rotation of holidays.

Sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants, and a robust benefits package applies to qualifying full-time/part-time staff. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• If IV therapy is required, meet state-specific requirements (VI per North Dakota note: IV therapy training may be required).
• Unencumbered LPN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure privileges; maintain required CEU and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and related activities accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly.
