Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide safe and appropriate nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation.
- Assist in resident care plans and implementation.
- Supervise and delegate to CNAs.
- Communicate effectively with all team members.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership.
- Maintain resident dignity and safety.
- Follow policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
