Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Reservoir in Marlborough, MA. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans to support our residents’ well-being.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor patients, perform wound care, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care in a compassionate environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications
