Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a growing specialty practice in Cary, NC. This direct-hire, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM with no weekends, and competitive hourly pay in the $25-$30 range.

You will room patients, assist physicians, manage EHR documentation, educate patients, and coordinate care while upholding patient safety and quality standards. Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong documentation and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work within the LPN Scope of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Support physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits.
• Triage patient messages and communicate with providers through the EHR.
• Administer medications and accurately document care.
• Educate patients and help coordinate their treatment plans.
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
• Serve as a patient advocate and trusted resource.
• Assist teammates and provide coverage when needed.
