Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders.
