Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for memory care at Aster Place Assisted Living in Indiana. This full-time role supports residents in the memory care program during evenings or nights and requires current Indiana LPN licensure.

You will assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate senior care. Strong communication and a caring attitude are essential as part of the CARE values.
