Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in New York seeks an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support by administering medications, monitoring residents, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. You will administer meds per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor symptoms, report changes, conduct SHUs, maintain narcotic counts, and ensure cart safety.

Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
