Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator (MTA) to lead a dedicated jail-based medical team at Rhea County Jail in Tennessee. This is a hands-on leadership role with clinical oversight, setting the tone, raising standards, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and includes a sign-on/retention bonus. You’ll blend bedside experience with strategic planning to improve care where it matters most.
