Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license.
• Experience providing patient education and care.
• Ability to follow patient-driven care plans and document care accurately.

Responsabilités

• Observe and report changes in patients' condition to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses and adverse effects.
• Respond to urgent or emergent situations and initiate basic life support if needed.
• Provide teaching to patients and families about disease management and self-care.
• Establish respectful, trusting relationships with patients and families while protecting privacy.
