Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time night shift to care for residents at Riverside in East Hartford. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to implement care plans.

You will supervise CNAs, monitor patient conditions, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for direct nursing care and medication administration.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to monitor and respond to patient changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required for teamwork with care staff.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
