Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; willing to complete background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to the clinical team.
• Measure, record, and maintain accurate resident health information and vital signs.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and other treatments within scope of practice.
• Assist with resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses.
• Support and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare team members to provide quality care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

An LPN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a skilled nursing facility may be expected to:

• Utilize EMRto record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to the appropriate clinical team
• Measure, record, and maintain accurate resident health information and vital signs
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and other treatments within scope of practice
• Assist with resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
• Support and collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare team members to provide quality care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in skilled nursing
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Credentials Required

• Active and unencumbered GALPN License or Compact LPN License
• Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility placement
