Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for non-exempt hours to deliver patient care under supervision in accordance with nursing processes and agency policies. Responsibilities include performing skilled nursing tasks as ordered, documenting care in clinical notes, and communicating changes promptly to the Clinical Services team.

Applicants must hold an active North Carolina LPN/LVN license, provide CPR certification, and submit TB or chest x-ray results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document patient status in clinical notes and orders.
• Report significant changes to Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
• Participate in agency mandated activities and adhere to MGA policies and handbook.
• Submit reports on time to complete work within schedule.
