Brookdale Senior Living is seeking nursing staff in Massachusetts to provide resident-centered care within a supportive community. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and comforting environment for residents, following physician-directed care plans and ensuring medication administration and stock control are performed with diligence.

The role requires LPN/LVN licensure per state regulations, with opportunities to participate in a comprehensive benefits program and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
