PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our full-time team in Colorado. You will provide nursing care under an RN, gather data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner.

Current LPN/LVN licensure in-state, and BLS certification are required. IV certification is needed if state regulations require it.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data; carry out orders and therapies.
• Perform therapeutic procedures in an age/population-appropriate manner.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
