Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a California-licensed LVN to join our patient‑centered nursing team. You will use your training to support world‑class care and build meaningful connections with patients and families in a busy medical office setting.

Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited LVN program, hold California LVN license at hire, and complete BLS through American Heart Association within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years of current medical office experience.
