Job summary

Encompass Health in Hatton, ND, is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct patient care, align with care plans and physician orders, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with RNs to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care according to the care plan and physician orders.
• Observe and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
• Document care accurately in the medical record and communicate patient needs to the team.
