Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital in Kentucky is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our compassionate night crew. The 7pm–7am shift requires weekend rotation and a dedication to patient-centered rehabilitation care.

As a valued team member, you will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, document responses, and collaborate with Registered Nurses to implement care plans while supporting patients’ recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
