Job summary

Providence Plainview seeks a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join the MedSurg team in an on-site capacity. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support ongoing care coordination for medically complex patients.

Required are an LVN license in Texas, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of LVN experience. Weekend/holiday availability may be required; shift is Night, full-time, on-site勤務.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree andGraduation from an accredited LVN program.
• Texas LVN license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year LVN experience.
• 6 months of clinical, patient-facing work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in a MedSurg setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
• Document patient status and assist in care coordination.

Required Qualifications:
