Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.

• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the unit following the nursing process.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and techs as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and nursing regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other care teams.
