Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced LPN / LVN that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies for obtaining LPN / LVN licensure in the state of PA to work in the specialty area of Long Term Care (LTC).

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a LPN / LVN specializing in Long Term Care (LTC).
• Current LPN / LVN license within the state of practice.
