Brookdale is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our care team serving residents in a Brookdale community in Arkansas. You will assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable environment, administer medications per physician orders, and document resident responses according to care plans.

Applicants must hold an LPN/LVN license per state regulations; prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN or LVN license required per Arkansas regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
