Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking a Temp Community Health LPN to provide and document nursing care to patients in their homes. The role requires independent work, strong clinical judgment, and coordination with healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of acute nursing experience, home health experience, and MA LPN licensure in hand at submission, plus BLS certification. On-call responsibilities and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute nursing experience (hospital-based preferred)
• Home health experience required
• Certified Home Health experience and OASIS proficiency highly preferred
• Infusion therapy experience preferred
• Active Massachusetts LPN license in hand at submission
• Current BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle required
• Knowledge of home health reimbursement, regulatory guidelines, and community health practices
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidential records, and accept on-call responsibilities
• Flexibility with work hours, scheduling, and holiday coverage
