Job summary

Vi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join TidePointe, a Vi Community, in Hilton Head Island, SC. You will deliver care and services to residents, identifying needs and implementing prescribed interventions to improve outcomes.

Collaborating with the care team, you will support quality assessment and ongoing care delivery. The role requires graduation from a School of Nursing for LPN/LVN and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, with 6 months of experience preferred,

Qualifications

• Graduate from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN).
• Current CPR and AED certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months of LPN experience preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred.
• Food handler certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident care and services per care plans.
• Identify resident needs and implement prescribed interventions.
• Collaborate with the care team to resolve issues and support quality improvement.
