Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Experience with EHR and EPIC EMR; able to work collaboratively.

- Perform EKGs and document in EPIC EMR.
- Float within clinic areas to support flow.

Description:LPN for a Heart and Lung Clinic.
Responsible for rooming patients and managing orders.
Handles phone calls and anticoagulation adjustments per Nurse Practitioner orders.
Performs EKGs and utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through EPIC.
The clinic serves mostly adults with chronic heart disease and pulmonary disease.
Average of 18 providers and 100 patients per day.
CNA support available within the clinic.
No weekend or holiday requirements.
No call or standby requirements.
Scrub color is any color.
Floating within the areas of the clinic is necessary.
Charting system used is EPIC.
Orientation involves a day of EPIC training and additional time until comfortable with clinic flow.
