Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Unencumbered State of Michigan LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in psychology/psychiatry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes medical screening and assessment of new patients upon admission.
• Monitors medication process in residential facility; supervises self-administration.
• Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
• Provides ongoing patient education regarding medications.
