Sevita's ResCare Community Living in Texas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing services, training, and supports to individuals with diverse medical and behavioral needs. You will monitor health, administer medications, and coordinate with ISP teams to address medical needs.

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, plus a $5,000 bonus, and flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed schedules with a robust benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or state nursing certificate required.
• One year of experience in nursing with the target population.
• Current LPN/LVN license for state of residence.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification or equivalent as required by state.

Aufgaben

• Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services.
• Administer medications and document administration; supervise staff.
• Provide medical treatment per physician orders and ISP plans.
• Conduct assessments and implement healthcare services in ISP.
• Train staff on precautions, infection control, and medication administration.
• Liaise with medical providers and external agencies to coordinate care.
• Provide training on self-medication and related topics.
