Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care, observe vital signs, and support recovery plans in a compassionate setting.

You will collaborate with RNs, build relationships with patients and families, and contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes while growing professionally within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with care plans and physician orders.
• Observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and adjust care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships to support patient recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the journey.
