Job summary

Covenant Health Plainview is seeking an LPN/LVN for Rural Health to provide compassionate, patient-centered care on the Day shift. This onsite role requires you to be within commuting distance of Plainview, TX and supports full-time scheduling with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Eligible rehires and external hires may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes certified LVN qualifications, BLS, and Texas licensure with a 1-year LVN background and 6 months in clinical settings.
