Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus in California is seeking an LVN to join our local care team. You will provide hands-on patient care, manage medications, wound care, and health monitoring while using AI-assisted notes during visits.

This role emphasizes reduced administrative burden, work-life balance, and meaningful patient interactions, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus one weekend rotation per month and travel within Hesperia and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or with terminally ill patients.
• California LVN license required upon hire.
• Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Position Summary

Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands‑on support to patients while utilizing AI‑supported technology to simplify your documentation process. Spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Education And/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire
• Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request.

Pay Range

$33.05 - $40.82

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
