Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with RNs to execute personalized care plans in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in alignment with the care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vitals, and track responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery, physical, mental and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.
