Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of West Valley in Avondale, AZ is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide high-quality inpatient rehab care and support patient progress through personalized care plans. Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
