Qualifikationen

• LPN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred (LTC preferred).
• Computer literacy is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to push/pull/lift 25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Receive and give accurate change-of-shift reports.
• Supervise CNAs, assign daily tasks and monitor breaks.
• Update nursing and CNA care plans with changes and orders.
• Administer and record meds; maintain narcotic counts.
• Complete nursing summaries and quarterly assessments.
• Attend rounds and report significant changes to physicians.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges on the unit.
