Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team. You will apply your LPN training to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
• Minimum Data Set (MDS) may be required if cross-trained in to Electronic Case File (ECF) system.
• Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
