Five Star Nursing in New York is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing facility team. LPNs will manage patient care assignments and collaborate with RNs to ensure safe, compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Currently holds an active state issued LPN license.
• CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills and demonstrated clinical competency
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
