Job summary

WeCare at Jameson Care Center in New Castle, PA is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our nursing team. A $3000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $2000 for part-time are offered. The LPN will monitor patient health, administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide regular patient status updates.
• Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise, administer and/or assist with medications.
• Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
• Follow the plan of care for each resident.
• Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
