Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Pennsylvania to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, a $2,000 bonus for part-time roles, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and attending physician.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs while promoting teamwork and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention practices, and facility policies.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
