Job summary

Home Hope and Healing Inc. is seeking a skilled licensed practical nurse to provide 1-on-1 in-home nursing care for a Standish-area client. You will deliver personalized care, monitor health status, and coordinate with family and regional Nurse Managers for ongoing education.

Shifts are block-time (8–12 hours per day) with days, evenings, or nights. We offer flexible Per Diem or Full Time opportunities in a location of your choice and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license.
• 1 year of LPN experience, or a Preceptor Training Program for nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience.
• Successful passing of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 nursing care in the home for the client.

There is a very special adult living in the Standish area who needs skilled 1-on-1 nursing in their home. They are in need of help, any of the Tuesdays 10p-7a, Fridays 7a-7p, Saturday 24 hrs, Sundays 6a-3p.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 1 year of LPN experience, or we offer a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for all newly licensed nurses with less than 1 year of clinical experience
• Successful passing of background checks
