Geisinger is seeking a dedicated LPN for outpatient clinical support. This full-time position requires providing direct patient care, collecting history and vitals, and assisting providers with procedures.
Responsibilities include specimen collection, administering meds and vaccines, and maintaining clean exam rooms. Weekend rotation is included; attractive benefits start day one and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly with a weekend rotation
Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 7 pm; Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm

Provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing of same in medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care. Promotes a clean environment. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
