Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking licensed registered nurses (RN) or licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide private duty nursing in patients' homes in Illinois and Missouri. You will deliver one-on-one care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and educate families.

We cover the cost and guide you through obtaining your Missouri nursing license, offer weekly pay, and provide premium pay options for overtime and weekend shifts, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Missouri nursing license cost covered and licensure process guided by employer.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated nursing professional.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
