Freedom Home Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to work in a fast-paced environment in Mankato, MN. The LPN will provide quality care to clients and their families with attention to detail and a compassionate approach.

This role runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, with flexibility for client needs. Ideal candidates will hold an LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in state of employment.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to manage medications.
• Work in an on-call rotation.
• Interact effectively and professionally with clients and their support networks.
• Ensure caregivers comply with the care plan.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor.
