Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a Nightshift LPN (Full Time) to provide safe, therapeutic nursing care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with the physician, family, and the inter-disciplinary team.

As a Full Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) working the Nightshift, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with resident plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.

• Monitor patients' conditions and notify physicians of any changes.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.

• A current, unencumbered, active OH LPN license and current CPR certification.

• At least one year experience in Long Term Care.

Skills and Qualities:

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
