Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct patient care in our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role includes 12-hour shifts on the short-term rehab unit and 8-hour shifts on the long-term unit.

You will work with a caring leadership team committed to growth, teamwork, and patient satisfaction. This position is based in the Orlando area.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Active LPN licensure in Florida is required.
• Completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program is required.

Responsibilities

• As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center.
