Job summary

The Springs at Monarch Landing – Naperville, IL is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Memory Care and Assisted Living team on a part-time basis. Pay ranges from $32–$34/hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential, plus an employee referral bonus and other perks.

Located near Route 59 and I-88, this Memory Care community emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care, teamwork with RNs, and safe, dignified services in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Illinois.
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
• Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents.
• Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity.
• Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting.
