As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support to our patients and their families.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating patients
