Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay, a hiring bonus after 2 shifts, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Local staffing coordinators are available 5 AM-11:30 PM.

Active LPN license and 1 year of facility-based experience required. Join a team offering per diem opportunities with varied facilities and patient care responsibilities, including wound care and patient education,

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic nursing care within the LPN scope.
• Monitor and document patient condition and vitals.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and adjust care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Ensure proper patient information is collected and filed.
